WiFi format

The format for each wifi message is:- link_count (int): number of nodes to follow
- list of nodes; for each node:
- mac (string): MAC address
- ip (string): IP address
- essid (string): ESSID
- mode (int): operating mode (master, adhoc, etc.)
- freq (int): in MHz
- encrypt (int): encrypted?
- qual (int): link quality
- level (int): link level
- noise (int): noise level
