Main method for driver thread.

drivers have their own thread of execution, created using StartThread(); this is the entry point for the driver thread, and must be overloaded by all threaded drivers.

Implements ThreadedDriver.

References PLAYER_MSGTYPE_DATA, and Driver::ProcessMessages().
